Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on hosiery that is unopened, unworn, and still in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into our return portal with your order number and email to initiate the request.

  Pack Items

  Place the unopened hosiery in the original shipping box or a similar sustainable mailer.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
